TY Residence

This project is a conversion of an existing commercial facility into a private residence. Through careful architectural upgrades, including improved thermal insulation, the building has been reconstructed into a comfortable and generous living environment while preserving the character of the existing structure. Rather than erasing its past, the project embraces the unique qualities of adaptive reuse to create a calm and expansive home for everyday living.
