KISETSUKAN

KISETSUKAN is a condominium composed of both flat-type and maisonette-style units, creating diverse spatial experiences for guests. Exposed concrete walls were cast using larch plywood formwork, leaving behind the soft texture of the wood grain within the architecture. In response to the snowy resort environment, the project seeks a quiet and calm atmosphere by introducing warmth and softness into what could otherwise become an overly rigid material expression.
