The site of 5° was once covered by forest, much of which was lost through residential development. The project attempts to reconstruct the memory of the site’s original natural environment within the architecture itself. Inside, abstracted cross-bolt structures evoke the image of a forest, creating a quiet living environment where residents feel gently surrounded by nature.
