「ROKU」は、2ベッドルーム5戸と1ベッドルーム2戸で構成された、多様な滞在スタイルに対応する木造のコンドミニアムです。周囲の景色に向けて大きな開口部を丁寧に配置し、風景を室内の奥まで取り込みました。ファサードには、光を反射する素材と柔らかく落ち着いた質感の仕上げを組み合わせ、日本の美意識である「侘び寂び」を現代的に表現しています。 ROKU is a timber condominium composed of five two-bedroom units and two one-bedroom units, designed to suit a range of accommodation needs. Large openings are carefully oriented toward the surrounding scenery, allowing the landscape to extend deeply into the interior spaces. The façade combines reflective materials with softer, muted finishes, expressing a contemporary interpretation of the Japanese aesthetic of wabi-sabi.
