Although located in the middle of the city, SM Residence creates a calm living environment through the careful control of views from surrounding buildings. Four courtyards are arranged throughout the house, each softly bringing light and air into the interior while adding depth and openness to the spaces. Separated from the noise of the city, the residence offers a quiet atmosphere that feels far removed from its urban surroundings.
