既存の商業施設を個人住宅へと転用した計画です。断熱性能の向上をはじめ、建物に丁寧な改修を施すことで、既存の構造が持つ特徴を生かしながら、快適でゆとりのある住空間へと再構成しました。建物が重ねてきた時間を受け継ぎ、用途を変えて使い続けるからこそ生まれる魅力を取り入れ、日々の暮らしを穏やかに包む、広がりのある住まいとしています。 This project is a conversion of an existing commercial facility into a private residence. Through careful architectural upgrades, including improved thermal insulation, the building has been transformed into a comfortable and generous living environment while preserving the character of the existing structure. Rather than erasing its past, the project embraces the unique qualities of adaptive reuse to create a calm and expansive home for everyday living.
