「IL Residence」は、山の手の傾斜地を生かし、自然な高低差に沿って空間を丁寧に配置した住宅兼スタジオです。建物を包み込む連続した帯状の構成が、周囲との関係を緩やかに調整しながら、空や緑を室内の奥まで取り込みます。同時に、近隣の建物からの視線を適切に遮り、開放感とプライバシーを両立しています。 IL Residence is a house and studio designed to respond to the unique sloping site conditions of Yamanote, with spaces carefully arranged along the natural change in elevation. A continuous band-like composition wraps around the building, gently mediating its relationship with the surroundings while bringing views of the sky and greenery deep into the interior. At the same time, views from neighboring buildings are carefully screened to balance openness and privacy.
