「KISETSUKAN」は、フラットタイプとメゾネットタイプの住戸で構成され、滞在する人に多様な空間体験をもたらすコンドミニアムです。コンクリート打放しの壁にはカラマツ合板の型枠を用い、木目の柔らかな風合いを写し取りました。雪に包まれるリゾートの環境に寄り添い、硬質になりがちな素材の表情に温もりと柔らかさを添えることで、静かで落ち着きのある空間を目指しました。 KISETSUKAN is a condominium composed of both single-level and maisonette-style units, creating diverse spatial experiences for guests. Exposed concrete walls were cast using larch plywood formwork, leaving behind the soft texture of the wood grain within the architecture. In response to the snowy resort environment, the project seeks a quiet and calm atmosphere by introducing warmth and softness into what could otherwise become an overly rigid material expression.
