「YAMASHIZEN EAST・WEST」は、ニセコエリアにおける初期のコンドミニアム計画のひとつです。スキー場を望む住戸と羊蹄山に面した住戸を設け、それぞれの向きに応じた景色を楽しめるようにしました。東西に配置した2棟は、周囲の自然環境や眺望に丁寧に応え、滞在を通してニセコの四季の移ろいを感じられる空間をつくり出しています。 YAMASHIZEN EAST・WEST was planned as one of the early condominium projects in the Niseko area. The development includes units overlooking the ski slopes as well as units facing Mount Yotei, offering different landscape experiences depending on orientation. Composed of two volumes positioned east and west, the project responds carefully to the surrounding natural environment and views, creating a place where guests can experience the changing seasons of Niseko throughout their stay.
