「KM Residence」は、都市にありながら豊かな緑に囲まれた環境を生かし、建築と自然がひと続きとなる住まいを目指しました。内と外を緩やかにつなぐことで、日々の暮らしの中で四季の移ろいや光の変化を感じられます。また、格子状の複合梁による構造を採用し、将来のライフスタイルの変化に合わせて間取りを柔軟に変更できるようにしています。 Located within the city yet surrounded by abundant greenery, KM Residence was designed to integrate architecture and nature into a continuous living environment. The gradual connection between interior and exterior spaces allows residents to experience seasonal changes and shifting light throughout everyday life. A lattice-like composite beam structure also provides flexibility, allowing the plan to adapt to future lifestyle changes over time.
