札幌を流れる豊平川のほとりに建つ「志村デンタルクリニック」は、街の入口に佇むゲートのような存在として計画しました。外観は、川の清らかな流れを抽象的に表現し、クリニックが歩んできた歴史や街を行き交う交通、川の流れを幾重にも重ね合わせています。折り曲げた孔あき金属パネルが光を柔らかく取り込み、室内のプライバシーにも配慮しています。 Located beside the Toyohira River, which flows through Sapporo, Shimura Dental Clinic was planned as a gateway-like presence at the entrance to the city. The exterior abstractly expresses the image of the river’s clear flowing water, layering together multiple movements and histories — the clinic’s own history, urban traffic, and the flow of the river itself. Folded perforated metal panels softly filter light while carefully protecting privacy within the interior spaces.
