「炉ばたとワイン K」は、世界三大夕日のひとつに数えられる釧路の夕日を望むレストランです。太平洋へとゆっくり沈む夕日を眺めながら、ディナーのひとときが始まります。風景と料理が引き立つよう、内装は装飾を抑えたシンプルな構成としました。静かで落ち着いた空間の中で、移りゆく景色と食事をゆったりと楽しめる場所を目指しています。 ROBATA TO WINE K is a restaurant located in Kushiro, a city said to offer one of the world’s three most beautiful sunsets. The experience of dinner begins while watching the sun slowly descend into the Pacific Ocean, and the interior was designed with a restrained and minimal composition that allows the scenery and cuisine to take prominence. Within a quiet and tranquil atmosphere, guests can slowly enjoy both the landscape and the dining experience together.
