落ち着いた赤のアプローチを抜けると、地層のように重なる5つの曲面に包まれた中国料理店「SAIKONTAN」が広がります。幾重にも重なる面が、奥行きと静けさを感じさせる空間を生み出しています。ひび割れを施した土壁は、素材の質感を穏やかに際立たせ、街の喧騒から離れた、落ち着きのある店内をつくり出しています。 Beyond a calm red approach corridor, SAIKONTAN unfolds as a Chinese restaurant composed of five curved surfaces layered like geological strata that envelop the space. The overlapping layers create a spatial experience filled with depth and quietness. Cracked earth plaster walls softly emphasize the texture of the material, giving the interior a calm and tranquil atmosphere while separating visitors from the noise of the city.
