約18坪（60㎡）のコンパクトな敷地に建つ、高さ15.6メートル、地上3階建ての建築です。薄肉のラーメン構造を採用することで、自由な内部空間の構成を可能にしました。北海道の豊かな食文化を空間で表現したいという、施主の思いに応えています。 1階の鮨店「円やま 六法」では、光を帯びた白い暖簾が道行く人を迎えます。波のように立ち上がる帯状の割竹や、北海道の貝殻を埋め込んだテラゾーのカウンターが、店内を印象づけています。 Built on a compact 18-tsubo (approximately 60 m²) lot, this three-story building stands 15.6 meters tall. A rigid-frame structure with thin columns and beams allows for greater freedom in the interior layout. The design fulfills the client’s wish to express Hokkaido’s rich food culture through space. A glowing white noren on the ground floor invites passersby into Maruyama ROPPOU, a sushi restaurant featuring split bamboo ribbons rising like ocean waves and a terrazzo counter embedded with shell fragments from Hokkaido.
